Randy McCourt: Academy of Distinguished Engineers - 1999

Randy McCourt received his BS in civil engineering from OSU in 1978, followed by an MS in transportation engineering from the University of California at Berkeley in 1979. A Principal and Manager of the Portland office of DKS Associates, Randy has over 20 years of experience in transportation engineering and is registered as a professional engineer in four states. His work includes transportation planning, traffic engineering and civil engineering projects in many locations in California and the Pacific Northwest. Mr. McCourt has held several offices within the Institute of Transportation Engineers and has served OSU since 1994 as the first and only Chair of the Civil Engineering Advisory Committee.
